This page explains what Monday Picks collects, why, who handles it and how to control it.

Who is responsible
[Owner], [Mailbox address], is responsible for your data. A contractor based in Belgium builds and runs the site and handles data for us under our instructions.
What we keep
Free drop signups
- What it holds
- Email, niche, when you consented, IP address, when you confirmed, how you found us, when you unsubscribed.
- Why we keep it
- To send what you asked for and to prove you asked for it.
- How long
- Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, then moved to the do-not-contact list.
Site visits
- What it holds
- A random visitor id, the price shown, the page and the time.
- Why we keep it
- To count visits and sales for each test price.
- How long
- 12 months.
Consent records
- What it holds
- Date and time, IP address, terms version, price shown and the words you agreed to.
- Why we keep it
- To prove you agreed to immediate access and final sale.
- How long
- 7 years.
Orders and access
- What it holds
- Order id, email, product, price shown, add-on, consent record, time and when your access ends.
- Why we keep it
- To give you what you bought and keep business records.
- How long
- 7 years.
Subscriptions
- What it holds
- Email, subscription id, status, current period end and when you canceled.
- Why we keep it
- To run and cancel your monthly plan.
- How long
- 7 years.
Evidence log
- What it holds
- Email, each login, drop opened and file opened, the IP address and the time.
- Why we keep it
- To show you received access if a payment is disputed.
- How long
- 2 years after your access ends.
Devices
- What it holds
- Email, a device id, when it was first and last seen, and when it was revoked.
- Why we keep it
- To apply the 2 device limit on your license.
- How long
- 12 months after your access ends.
Hook tool records
- What it holds
- Email, weekly generation count, your voice card (niche, phrases you use, face or hands, region) and the angles you have used for each product.
- Why we keep it
- To write in your voice, avoid repeating angles and apply the weekly limit.
- How long
- 12 months after your access ends, or until you ask us to delete them.
Onboarding progress
- What it holds
- Email, each task and when you finished it.
- Why we keep it
- To show where you are in the onboarding steps.
- How long
- 12 months after your access ends.
Do-not-contact list
- What it holds
- Email or social handle, the reason and the time.
- Why we keep it
- To make sure we never contact you again after you say no.
- How long
- For as long as we send messages.
Affiliate program records
- What it holds
- If you join the affiliate program: your sign-up details and the referrals credited to you.
- Why we keep it
- To run the program and credit referrals.
- How long
- 7 years. This entry will be updated when the program opens.
Evidence log
We log each login, drop opened and file opened. We use this log only to run your access and to answer a payment dispute, when we may share it with the payment provider and your bank.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site, the database and our files, and processes basic request logs.
- Resend sends our email, so it receives your email address and the message.
- Dodo Payments is the merchant of record. It takes your payment and handles your card details and tax records under its own privacy policy. We never see your full card number.
- Anthropic provides the AI behind the hook tool. It receives your voice card, the product details and the real moment you enter when you generate hooks.
These companies may process data in the United States and other countries. We do not sell your data.
Cookies
We use a cookie to keep the price you were shown, and a cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.
Our reasons under EU and UK law
- Contract: to deliver what you bought and run your account.
- Consent: to send drop emails you signed up for. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests: to prevent misuse, test prices, answer disputes and keep the do-not-contact list.
- Legal duty: to keep records the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Write to hello@digitalcreativesforge.com. We may keep records we need for the law or a payment dispute. Every email also has a one-click unsubscribe link.
