Monday Picks is run by [Owner], [Mailbox address].

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments, the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

We sell only digital content. We do not sell the products we feature.

Monday Picks is an independent guide. It is not made by, or connected to, TikTok or Amazon.

You must be at least 18 to buy or use Monday Picks.

• Holiday Drop Pass: the members area for 8 Monday drops.
• Film-It Kit: an add-on that opens the filming section of the members area.
• Monday Picks monthly: the members area for as long as your subscription runs.
• Q1 Pass: the members area for 8 Monday drops.

This is a digital product. Nothing is shipped, and there is no course and no done-for-you service.

Your access to the members area begins as soon as your payment is confirmed. You log in with a link sent to your email. New drops are added on Mondays.

We test different prices, so other visitors may see a different price. The price shown when you check out is the price you pay.

All sales are final and no refunds are offered once access begins. As Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments handles any refund request under its Buyer Terms.

Before you pay, you tick a box that says:

I want immediate access to the digital content and I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once access begins. All sales are final as set out in the Terms and Conditions.

We record the date, time and IP address of that consent, the version of these terms and the price shown, and we repeat the consent in your receipt.

Monday Picks monthly renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel online from your account page at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Your purchase gives you a personal license to use Monday Picks for your own videos. You do not own the content, and you may not share your login, resell the content or republish it.

Each license works on 2 devices. Access is revoked automatically if it is used on more than 3. Your email address may appear on files and clips made for you.

• Do not copy the site or its content with automated tools.
• Do not try to get around the device limit, the hook tool limit or any other access control.
• Do not use the hook tool to write false, misleading or unlawful claims.

The hook tool uses AI to draft text from what you enter. Drafts can be wrong, so check every draft and only post what is true for you. You can make up to 25 generations a week, and the tool may pause when its monthly usage limit is reached.

You are responsible for what you post and for following the rules of each platform, including product eligibility, commission terms and ad disclosures. Real footage is the core of every TikTok Shop video, and you film it yourself.

Picks show what we saw on the date stated. Prices, commissions, stock and platform rules change, so check them in the platform before you post.

We do not promise views, sales, commissions or income.

Dodo Payments asks buyers to contact it before raising a chargeback. If you dispute a payment, we may share your consent record and your record of logins and drops opened with the payment provider and your bank.

We own the Monday Picks site, drops, clips and templates. You own the videos you make, and you may use the text the hook tool drafts for you in them.

Monday Picks is provided as it is and as available, for general information only. It is not legal, tax or financial advice.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost commissions, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, for example by sharing your login or reselling the content.

We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and your purchase stays under the version you accepted unless the law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing state], United States. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be waived.
