Refunds

All sales are final and no refunds are offered once access begins. As Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments handles any refund request under its Buyer Terms.

Monday Picks gives you digital content right away, and this applies to every product.

I want immediate access to the digital content and I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once access begins. All sales are final as set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends when access begins, because you asked for immediate access and acknowledged this by ticking the box.

Nothing on this page removes rights you have by law that cannot be waived.

If you cannot log in or something does not open, write to hello@digitalcreativesforge.com with the email you used to buy, and we will work to fix it.

You can cancel Monday Picks monthly online from your account page at any time. Canceling stops future payments, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Dodo Payments takes the payment for every order, so its name may appear on your card statement. Please write to hello@digitalcreativesforge.com or contact Dodo Payments first, as this can often be cleared up quickly. Dodo Payments asks buyers to contact it before raising a chargeback. If a payment is disputed, we may share your consent record and your record of logins and drops opened with the payment provider and your bank.
